Please join the planning committee as we prepare for the 10th Annual Child Placement Conference in Athens, Georgia.  The committee is a collaborative effort, comprising of representatives from agencies across the state of Georgia, including DHR-Division of Family and Children Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Diseases and Addictive Diseases, Catalyst for CARE, Georgia Association of Homes and Services for Children, Department of Juvenile Justice, Supreme Court of Georgia Child Placement Project, Office of the Child Advocate, Georgia Court-Appointed Special Advocates, Georgia Council of Juvenile Court Judges, Multi-Agency Alliance for Children (MAAC), Meritan Stepping Stones, GRN Community Service Board,  Prevent Child Abuse Georgia, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Georgia Sheriff’s Association as we plan for the 10th Annual Child Placement Conference. This year’s conference will be held on November 17-19, 2009 in Athens at The Classic Center.
