 Please join the planning committee as we prepare for the 9th Annual Child Placement Conference in Augusta, Georgia.  The committee is a collaborative effort, comprising of representatives from agencies across the state of Georgia, including DHR-Division of Family and Children Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Diseases and Addictive Diseases, Catalyst for CARE, Georgia Association of Homes and Services for Children, Department of Juvenile Justice, Supreme Court of Georgia Child Placement Project, Office of the Child Advocate, Georgia Court-Appointed Special Advocates, Georgia Council of Juvenile Court Judges, Prevent Child Abuse Georgia, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Georgia Sheriff’s Association as we plan for the 9th Annual Child Placement Conference. This year’s conference will be held on November 12-14, 2008 in Augusta at the Augusta Marriott Hotel and Suites.

This collaborative event is the largest statewide multi-disciplinary gathering in the field of child welfare in Georgia. It brings together:

Platinum Sponsorship - $3,500
Sponsor can choose to sponsor one of three lunches at the conference OR the tote bags for conference participants. Sponsors will receive:

·      A full page color advertisement in the conference program (8x10)
• 2 free conference registrations
• Recognition from the podium at the beginning of the meal
• A free exhibit table
• A link to your organization’s website from the Child Placement Conference website
• Recognition as a platinum sponsor in the conference program and on signs at the conference
• Tote bag sponsors will be permitted to put their name and logo on the back of the conference bags

Gold Sponsorship - $2,500
Sponsor can choose to sponsor one of the keynotes OR continental breakfasts at the conference. Sponsors will receive:

·      A half page (8x10) color advertisement in the conference program
• 1 free conference registration
• Recognition from the podium at the beginning and end of a general session
• A free exhibit table
• A link to your organization’s website from the Child Placement Conference website
• Recognition as a gold sponsor in the conference program and on signs at the event

Silver Sponsorship - $1,500
Sponsor can choose to sponsor custom name badge lanyards with agency name OR a conference break. Sponsors will receive:

·      A quarter page (8x10) advertisement in the conference program
• A free exhibit table with exhibitor registration (entrance to all meals only)
• Recognition during a general session as a break sponsor
• A link to your organization’s website from the Child Placement Conference website
• Recognition as a silver sponsor in the conference program and on signs at the event

Bronze Sponsorship - $750
Includes sponsorship of one conference workshop of your choice. Sponsors will receive:

·      A business card sized advertisement in the conference program
• A free exhibit table with exhibitor registration (entrance to all meals only)
• Recognition at the beginning and end of sponsored workshop
• A link to your organization’s website from the Child Placement Conference website
• Recognition as a bronze sponsor in the conference program and on signs at the event

Conference Exhibitor - $500
• One 6 x 2 ½ ft. skirted exhibit table and 2 chairs
• 1 complimentary exhibitor registration (entrance to all meals only)
