the people who serve them through collaboration, assistance, research,
and education.
Catalyst for CARE works to identify and
fill the gaps in services available to kids in foster care ensuring
that every child has the resources a caring parent would provide. We
do this through:

. Support services for youth who are aging out of foster
care and transitioning to independent adulthood. Services include:
